About Me
My name is Dylan Kauffmann. I've always liked building stuff, mostly because it's the fastest way to learn. I enjoy taking big leaps and trying things that scare me. Usually the bigger the challenge, the more execited I am, which can be both a blessing and a curse.
I study mechanical engineering, but most of what I've learned has come from messing around with ideas until they work. I like projects that make me think a little differently each time — things that force me to learn, not just repeat.
Outside of all that, I like being outside. Traveling, sailing, hiking — anything that reminds me how big the world is. I think that's what I like most about engineering too: it's just another way to explore.
